My mother had two highly invasive cancer surgeries and we needed a home that could give her excellent care.  What better way to find a home than by word of mouth recommendations.  Luckily, my nephew had a friend that did just that.  We learned that his friend had her mother at Nataly’s and she was well cared for and happy.  So we gave Nataly a call.

After just a few months at Nataly’s, our mother quickly grew to love and depend on Nataly’s care.  Nataly felt she should keep a watchful eye on my mom to properly care for her.  She did just that daily and into the night.  We observed everyday that Nataly and her assistants gave out mother compassion, patience and the upmost dignity for her care.

Nataly’s Adult Home is very clean with a comfortable atmosphere.  Our mother’s room was just right for her.  Our mother was clea, her bedding was always clean and the room had fresh air daily.

Nataly showed excellent professionalism, organization and structure.  All the while giving each residence loving care.

Our family was so grateful and appreciative that Nataly would hold out mother’s hand and share her faith with her.  It helped our mom relax and to not feel so frightened with the dying process.

We will not forget Nataly, her family, assistant and the residents.  We will not forget the hugs, the smiles and the uplifting the conversations that we shared.  You will forever be in our hearts.

This past year, my mother has been a resident at Nataly’s Adult Family Home.  When she was first moved there in March of 2015, I didn't think she would even survive until her 95th birthday at the end of April.  However, she adjusted much more quickly than our family expected under Nataly’s loving, expert care and has thrived.

Our family was personally and extensively involved in the search for just the right placement for our Mother.  We selected Nataly for many reasons.  First of all, Nataly is very caring and personally involved in the care of each resident.  She is very knowledgeable of the extensive needs of elderly residents.  She maintains a very safe, organized, pleasant and clean atmosphere.  The rooms are not only clean and welcoming, but the whole atmosphere, including her family, the homemade smells from the kitchen, and cooperative attitude of each one who works for her, are of the highest quality.  I cannot say enough of the wonderful year my Mother has had with Nataly.  Suffice it to say, we feel very fortunate to have our Mother in her care.

I want to thank you so much for doing more for Lynn than his daily routine care. I truly believe it wasn’t by chance that Lynn ended up in your home.  God worked in him through you. I would love to hear all that he learned from you. I‘m thankful that you cared enough to share your faith. I’m thankful that he died knowing Jesus will be waiting for him.  I am sad that I wasn’t there to see him one last time and to be with him when he died.

I’ll miss coming to your home to see him and holding his hand. I’m sure you are feeling a bit sad also after 3 months of caring for him. You are in my prayers and for strength as you continue your loving care to the people God places in your home. I will pray for Lynn’s cousin Chris and Andrew and his friend Dan. That they may one day know our Lord and that He will give them peace to carry on.

It is a pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Nataly Malimon.  My sister Rebecca Kruse and I have come to know Nataly through her skillful work caring for out Mother and the other residents at the Sunshine Senior Care Home.  Nataly’s sophisticated grasp of elder care is of the highest level and she continues to develop her knowledge and understanding though continuing education.  Her work performance and expertise are always of the highest level.  Nataly has consistently taken care of our Mother with great kindness and intuitive wisdom.  She also has great sense of fun and does little extras for out Mother-like polishing her nails.
